Adjusting the report and print out layouts to each other
Each user can adjust the layout of reports and print outs to his individual needs and duties range within the authorization rights he has been assigned. A unique mechanism which allows users to label particular data base records by assigning features, colours and types of fonts to them allows users to adjust the reports to the needs of employees optimally. Assigning features can be used as additional filtering criteria and search criteria for browsing reports.
Menu layout open to configuration
The programme automatically adjusts menu layout to the authorization rights assigned to the user. Therefore the time required to get to user working area is seriously reduced. It makes programme operation simpler and as a result it reduces the costs of personnel training
Optimum capacity
Big speed of creating reports is a result of using customer-server technology. Server capacity and not work station capacity is the major influence on the speed of creating reports
Standard reports
Several tens of pre-defined reports have been prepared in the system, including a set of report lists of the following type: VAT registers, purchase-sale accounts and a vast choice of analytical reports.
Additional reports
The built in device allows to create reports by users. The user can add his own reports himself or can have them created by the producer or an authorised distributor.
